How do I place an order?
Simply add the item(s) you want to purchase to your shopping cart, then proceed through checkout. You will be asked to login if you are an existing customer or register if you are a new customer; during registration, you will create a username and password that will allow you to come back to our site later to track your order and get order status.
Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, our operators are available to take your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! To place a phone order, please call our toll-free number, 1-800-757-8173. Please note that this hotline is for placing orders and operators do not have information about previously-placed orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
ReligiousJewelry.com accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal; with PayPal, you can choose to pay with your PayPal account, or, even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can use PayPal to pay with your credit card or bank account (echeck).
How do I see the status of my order or track my order?
You should get an email when your order has been completed and shipped; the email will include the tracking number, if applicable. Before that, you will also receive an email when your order is placed, giving the status as "Processed," but tracking information is not available until the order is actually shipped and completed. You can also track your order at our website; to do so, please go to our Order Tracking page.

Can all of your jewelry be engraved?
No, but we do carry thousands of products that can be engraved, which are primarily our medals. Items that can be engraved give you the option to specify engraving on the product details page. If the option is not there, then the item cannot be engraved.
Will my information be shared with anyone?
No. Never. We value your privacy above anything else and take great steps to protect it. You can learn more at our Privacy Statement page.
I'm looking for gifts besides jewelry. Can you help?
Most certainly. Our partner site, MaryShop, carries thousands of items including Catholic, Christian and religious art, statuary, personalized items, apparel, DVDs, books and more.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes, we do ship to most other countries including Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and many more. We use UPS, FedEx or USPS International to ship to all other countries. If you try to place an order and your country is not available as a choice, please contact us for permission to place an order.
Does the package have to be signed for?
Usually not, but some more expensive items require a signature for delivery, so you will want to have it sent to an address where someone will be able to sign for the package during the day. If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier will attempt delivery the next day and will eventually leave a notice at the address with instructions on how to pick up the package locally.
What charities do you support, and how much of my purchase goes to them?

I need an item fast. Can you get it to me?
We offer several expedited shipping options to get an item to you as quickly as possible. Furthermore, every product on our site has a Delivery note that describes how soon the product can be shipped. For example, a product might say it usually ships the same day, or it might say it takes up to 3 business days.
Does every medal and pendant come with a chain?
No, but most of our Sterling Silver and Gold-Filled pendants do come with free chains. Our Gold and Platinum items do not (unless otherwise noted). You can, however, purchase chains on ReligiousJewelry.com. If you purchase a pendant and a chain in the same order, we can assemble them together in your free jewelry box.
Can a different chain be substituted for the one that comes with the medal I want?
The items that come with chains come that way from the manufacturer and the free chains cannot be substituted. If you want a different chain, however, you can purchase one from our site and we will send you both the free chain and the purchased chain.
