30-Day Return Policy
Our 30-Day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. You can return any item without personalization in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. It's that simple.
Our Return Process
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Personalized items and closeout products may not be returned. Shipping and gift wrapping will not be refunded and you will be responsible for our actual outbound shipping and handling charges-even if your order qualified for free shipping.
Returns without a Religiousjewelry.com return authorization form, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be subject to restocking fees of 20%. Media Items such as books, DVDs, CDs and videos must be in unopened packages.

Making a return is simple! Within 90 days of your purchase, follow these steps:
1. Login to your ReligiousJewelry.com account.
2. Use the Orders History search to locate the order for the product(s) you wish to return. Click on the order number.
3. As long as the order is no more than 30 days old, there will be a Create return request area at the bottom of the order details page. Check the box next to the product you wish to return (even if it is the only product listed), then fill out the rest of the form and click the "Create" button.
4. That's it! We will either approve or disapprove your return request and notify you by email. You can also monitor the status of your return request by logging in and clicking the Returns link.
