Lifetime Warranty

All religious jewelry purchased at ReligiousJewelry.com comes with our industry-leading Lifetime Warranty. We do this because we believe that our products, made by skilled jewelers, are of the utmost highest quality. Our jewelry is designed to last a lifetime and be handed down to future generations.

If you experience any problem with your jewelry due to bad workmanship or faulty materials, we will replace it with a new piece, free of charge!


90-Day Returns

We believe that our religious jewelry is the highest quality you will find anywhere so we are happy to offer a simple return policy. If you're not satisfied with your order in any way, simply return it for an exchange or full refund.

Returns for refund must be received within 30 days of receipt, but returns for exchange or store credit can be returned for up to 90 days! Most customers who make returns choose to take advantage of our immense line of religious jewelry (which includes thousands of crosses, religious pendants and more) by choosing a different product instead.


No Restocking Fees!

At ReligiousJewelry.com, we don't believe in restocking fees. We do not wish to deter you if you want to return a product or products, because your satisfaction and happiness is our priority. Shopping at ReligiousJewelry.com is absolutely risk-free!

If you return something for an exchange, we will even cover the shipping cost to ship the new item to you!

Jewelry that has been custom-engraved at the customer's request is non-returnable.

Returns must be in brand-new condition.

Sizes on the website are approximate and may not be exact.

Prices are subject to change.

Normal wear-and-tear is not covered by the Lifetime Warranty, and the warranty will be honored at the sole discretion of ReligiousJewelry.com.

Jewelry can tarnish over time, so tarnishing is not covered by the Lifetime Warranty (but a jewelry cleaning solution should do the trick!).

All in all, we want you to be our customer for life, so it will be our pleasure to ensure your satisfaction with every order, now and in the future.


How to make a return

Making a return is simple! Within 90 days of your purchase, follow these steps:

1. Login to your ReligiousJewelry.com account.

2. Use the Orders History search to locate the order for the product(s) you wish to return. Click on the order number.

3. As long as the order is no more than 90 days old, there will be a Create return request area at the bottom of the order details page. Check the box next to the product you wish to return (even if it is the only product listed), then fill out the rest of the form and click the "Create" button.

4. That's it! We will either approve or disapprove your return request and notify you by email. You can also monitor the status of your return request by logging in and clicking the Returns link.


Lifetime Warranty Returns

To make a return under our Lifetime Warranty after 90 days from the date of your purchase, please contact us and request permission to make a return. Kindly provide details about the issue and why you believe that bad workmanship or faulty materials played a role in the problem.
